I'm a writer and editor based in South London.
I'm currently Senior Editor at Resident Advisor, overseeing events coverage and branded editorial. I have additional bylines across print and digital for the likes of The Face, Crack, Rolling Stone UK, The Quietus and more. In the past I was an editor for London in Stereo (focusing on club and festival content), a freelance news writer for DJ Mag and I covered as editor for Dummy Mag. In 2022, I led on curation and editing of Sacred Spaces, RA's first-ever print publication.
I'm practiced in crafting compelling artist bios and press releases, and I can produce sharp, engaging copy for your brand. You can also hire me for some sharp-eyed proofreading or speedy transcribing. I've hosted live interviews at Dimensions Festival, Brighton Music Conference and Night Time Economy Summit, as well as on Instagram for Beatport. I am available for more speaking engagements, including panels, podcasts and workshops on music and music journalism.
As part of 23:59, RA's in-house studio, I'm involved in creative ideation, pitching new business and the delivery of cobranded and white label content. We've worked with clients like Nike, Lacoste, Armani Exchange, Jägermeister and Away Travel.
I have a degree in Art History from The University of Manchester, and worked in customer experience and complaints for over a decade. I've also worked in club promotions, artist liaison, events management and social media marketing.
